Manchester United Football Club has been in good form in recent months, putting their derby day setback behind them.
It’s good to be able to witness a pleasant United team again. These young men have been transformed. They are employed by their boss. They proudly display the crest on their chest.
The next game is at home against West Ham. This is yet another crucial test for the Red Devils. Another team that will most likely sit back and seeks to strike United on the break.
We may see some changes to the line-up here after a game in midweek, but let’s get right into the expected XI Ten Hag will go with.
David de Gea remains the undisputed first choice in between the sticks, with Martin Dubravka still yet to make his Red Devils debut. He’ll play again here.
The back four looks different without Raphael Varane, but there are still some great players included. Diogo Dalot and Luke Shaw have played well of late. They deserve their starts at full-back. Lisandro Martinez partners with Victor Lindelof, as Harry Maguire still builds up his fitness.
Casemiro has been a beast for the Reds in recent weeks. It makes it logical to keep that momentum going here. Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes also play.
The front three do appear to be different. Alejandro Garnacho has done enough to earn his first Premier League start, in my opinion. After the Sheriff game on Thursday, the gaffer was also full of praise for him. Marcus Rashford leads the charge, with Antony on the right.
