Luis Diaz, a forward for Liverpool, has returned to training.
The 25-year-old has been sidelined since suffering a knee injury in Liverpool’s 3-2 Premier League loss to Arsenal on October 9.
Diaz, on the other hand, accelerated his recovery by participating in training during the club’s warm-weather camp in Dubai.
Jurgen Klopp is reported to be using the time in Dubai as a second pre-season for the players who are not currently playing in the 2022 World Cup after an unsatisfactory start to the Premier League season in which Liverpool won six of their 14 Premier League games.
Liverpool will also face Lyon and Serie A winners AC Milan in the Dubai Super Cup over the following ten days.
They will next play an EFL Cup match against Manchester City on December 22, before returning to Premier League action with an away match against Aston Villa on Boxing Day.
